Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has planned a water outage on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023, at 7:00pm on Commerce Street from South First Street to Spring Street for water valve replacement.
Low water pressure may also affect the vicinity during the work.
Commerce Street will be closed from South First Street to Spring Street, and traffic will be detoured to South First Street and Spring Street to avoid the work zone. Motorists are advised to slow down and be alert to workers and their equipment.
The water valve replacement is anticipated to be finished, water service restored, and the road reopened by approximately 5:00am on Thursday, October 19th.
