WTI, Brent higher as Netanyahu vows Rafah attack

Crude oil futures moved slightly higher Tuesday after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dismissed hopes that a proposed hostage deal would prevent an attack on the southern Gaza city of Rafah.
