There are 31 commercial real estate transactions in 21 south-central Pennsylvania municipalities on our latest list.

These newly leased or purchased spaces will be used for restaurants including a Chipotle, a children’s museum, office space, retail including a fireworks store and a hair salon among other uses.

The list below includes transactions in six counties.

Premier Care Dental Management leased 2,630 square feet of retail space at 3201 Market St. from Presbyterian Development. Ashlee Lehman, Cale Bruso, Blake Shaffer, Brad Rohrbaugh, and Chad Stine of Bennett Williams Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

East Pennsboro Township

Lane Enterprises leased 21,850 square feet of office space for a new corporate headquarters at 275 Grandview Ave.

Lane Enterprises leases 21,850 square feet of office space for a new corporate headquarters at 275 Grandview Ave. After major renovations, Lane will be moving to the location. The manufacturing company was founded in 1934 and specializes in engineered products for stormwater management, water quality and small bridge application. Art Campbell and Jessica Gasper of Campbell Commercial represented the Lane Enterprises, and Mike Curran of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the building owner.

Hampden Township

Tobacco Hut leased 3,600 square feet of retail space at 4909 Carlisle Pike from Nanak Property Inc. John O. Birkeland of Rock Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Lower Allen Township

Koseli Gift House leased 1,320 square feet of retail space at 3300 Hartzdale Drive from RYP Properties. Ashlee Lehman, Blake Shaffer, Brad Rohrbaugh, and Chad Stine of Bennett Williams Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Shippensburg Township

Chipotle Mexican Grill leased 2,325 square feet of retail space at 71 S. Conestoga Drive from Shippensburg Dev LLC. Cale Bruso, Adam Hagerman, Brad Rohrbaugh, and Chad Stine of Bennett Williams Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Dauphin County

Conewago Township

The 8,024-square-foot commercial building located at 3065 Elizabethtown Road has been leased. The former University Music Service building is now home to Hershey Children’s Museum. The museum officially opened its door in February and includes more than 40 exhibits for children of all ages. Casey Khuri and Amber Corbo, of NAI CIR, handled the transaction.

The Pennsylvania Association for the Education of Young Children is relocating from its former location within the Harrisburg Transportation Center to the 2,803-square-foot suite in Strawberry Square. The association is a membership-based advocacy organization providing early care and education for Pennsylvania’s children and families. Dan Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the landlord in this transaction.
