Taylor Swift eyes up European mansions to add to her $80 million property empire

TAYLOR Swift has been looking to heavily invest in some new plush European pads to expand her ever-growing property empire.

The U.S. Sun can report that a Portugal-based realtor was contacted recently by her entourage to scope out palatial properties in Portugal, Spain, and Morrocco.

Taylor currently owns multiple places in London, New York City, Los Angeles, and Tennessee.

But as her global appeal continues to soar along with her bank balance, the 34-year-old is looking to invest in some of Europe’s hottest spots for real estate.

Lisbon, the Portuguese capital, has become attractive for a host of A-listers including Madonna who has owned a place there since 2017, Michael Fassbender, and Scarlet Johansson.

Lisbon offers a relaxed lifestyle away from the madness of a huge, metropolitan city like New York or Los Angeles, as well as fantastic weather and great food.

One place she was offered is in Loures, a suburb of Lisbon just a 20-minute drive away from the city center that’s inhabited by just 200,000 people.

Described as a “dazzling house with total privacy,” it’s not the kind of plush super mansion many of her fellow megastars may choose to live in.

It is, however, packed full of character and charm, with the garden “lush and full of fruit trees and rose bushes.”

“This area known for its natural and charming landscapes, with verdant hills and picturesque valleys,” gushes the property description.

There is a wine cellar at the back of the place, which is selling for a cool $2.7 million.

It also boasts a garden house, which is currently set up as a studio, perfect for Taylor to pen yet more hits to add to her sparkling back catalog.

“This bright and inspiring space offers a perfect place to work on creative projects or to dedicate to hobbies and artistic activities,” boats the property description.

And when she wants to take a breather from her hectic, global tour schedule, she and her boyfriend Travis Kelce can enjoy the swimming pool, cook dinner in “three specific ovens: to bake wood-fired bread, fish or meat”, and take romantic walks in the one-acre surroundings.

“The garden presents an oak lane, which adds a touch of elegance and serenity to the environment. These majestic trees provide shade and a naturally romantic and pleasant environment to enjoy the exterior,” adds the sales pitch for the four-bed, five-bath pad that’s powered by solar panels.

It even has a borehole that “eliminates the need to rely solely on public water supply or external sources.”

Another Portuguese option in Estoril (around a 30-minute drive from Lisbon) is three times the price at $10 million and has eight bedrooms.

“The villa is of traditional architecture and its interior has a very beautiful interaction of cultures, with predominance of the English style, giving precedence to the quality of luxury materials used in its remodeling,” says the realtor’s description.

“With gardens of an unparalleled beauty, the green area that surrounds this villa is of a particular charm, with its rigorously designed bushes and tropical trees framing the large dimensioned terrain and the fabulous swimming pool.”

Close to the seafront at Cascais, pristine beaches are near and all amenities in the quaint town can be explored on foot.

The final offering in Portugal is in Sintra, which is also less than a 30-minute trip to the center of the country’s capital and “guarantees total privacy.”

On the market for around $4 million, the luxury villa is described as “a unique property with open views over the mountains and the Palaces of Pena, Seteais, Monserrate, and the Moorish Castle, a landscape classified as World Heritage by UNESCO.”

With five bedrooms – three en-suite – and a jacuzzi, there is plenty of space for Taylor to host friends and family who can also enjoy the huge garden area, as well as a wooden library for those who want to kick back with a book to avoid the summer sun.

And if she’s too tired to walk after a long day at the pool or hanging out on the terrace, there’s an elevator that services all floors.

Taylor was also shown vast properties in trendy Casteldelfells, Spain – an area 30 minutes away from Barcelona – where soccer superstar Lionel Messi lived, along with many of his teammates.

One six-bedroom, seven-bathroom pad, which is on the market for $4.8…
