A four-bedroom, five-bath, 10,489-square-foot waterfront home in Orange Beach has sold to an out-of-state buyer for $6.65 million, according to Realtors.
Tim Wilson of Kaiser Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller and Erin Kaiser also of Kaiser Sotheby’s worked for the buyer.
The gated home on Bayshore Drive features 100 front feet on Bayou St. John. The architectural design includes floor to ceiling windows in every room with incredible water views, and a private pier and large boathouse with a 10-ton boat lift and double jet ski floating dock.
The outdoor living space offers a spa, a waterfall zero edge gunite pool, and an outdoor kitchen.
The features include two primary bedrooms with separate sitting areas, exquisite chandeliers, a chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances and marble countertops and a three-car garage.
- Novelis has leased 518,000 square feet of warehouse space in the Baldwin County Logistics Center at 701 Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd., in Bay Minette, according to Nathan Handmacher of Zarzour Companies, who represented the landlord. Michael Carro of SVN worked for the tenant. Novelis Inc., is an American industrial aluminum company headquartered in Atlanta.
- Parlor Doughnuts has leased the former Pizza Hut building at 600 Gulf Shores Parkway in Gulf Shores, according to Vallas Realty, which represented the landlord. Renovations are under way in the 2,803-square-foot building and Parlor Doughnuts is scheduled to open sometime in March. The doughnut and coffee shop started in Evansville, IN., in 2019 and features an original layered doughnut.
- Quiktrip Corporation paid $2.1 million for 1.72 acres on Nine Mile Road near the entrance of Pathstone subdivision in Pensacola, FL., according to Angie McArthur of Stirling, who represented the seller. Quiktrip is a chain of convenience stores based in Tulsa, OK.
- Healthy Balance Body Fitness has leased a 1,750-square-foot suite in the Shops On Schillinger at 740 Schillinger Road S., in Mobile, according to Kaelan McArthur of Stirling who represented the landlord.
- Jack’s Loxley, a fast food chain restaurant, is set to open next month at 3425 Hickory St., in Loxley, according to the chain. Jack’s features scratch-made biscuits, chicken fingers and burgers and fries.
