The number of newly listed homes hitting the real estate market surged by over 30% in Hunterdon County last month, the latest figures from Realtor.com showed.
Hunterdon County had 192 homes listed in June, up from 146 last year, according to the data. Cumberland County saw the second largest increase, at 19.40%.
Ten counties saw the number of newly listed homes decrease, with Ocean County seeing the most significant drop at a little over 9%.
Redfin said new home listings have decreased nationwide because of high interest rates. Check out the complete list below.
