Party With a Purpose raises funds for group that supports homeless
There was a good time for a good cause at the Mississippi Trade Mart.The 6th Annual Party With a Purpose was held Saturday night.The fundraiser is for the Grace House which helps the homeless in the Capital City. “We can literally take someone from the street, place them into housing and provide them with the support and sustain them once the assistance is over,” said Stacey Howard with Grace House.At the event, some local DJs were also honored to recognize 50 years of hip hop.
