NYC pad once owned by Neil Diamond’s son cuts price to $3.99M

Neil Diamond’s son Micah Diamond once called this Upper West Side condo home.

It’s now on the market for $3.99 million — down from its initial ask of $4.19 million in March.

The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath, three-story unit, at 157 W. 74th St., is 2,352 square feet and comes with a 950-square-foot irrigated garden.

It’s part of a four-story townhouse that was built in the late 1800s.

The seller is Coby Zekry, an investor and fashion branding expert whose past clients include Chanel, Armani, Cartier and David Yurman.

That design background helped him re-imagine the home: Zekry created the custom wallpaper in his son’s room as well as a vibrant orange wall in his office.

The first floor opens to a living-dining area with 10-feet-high ceilings, an exposed-brick wall, a wood-burning fireplace and a chef’s kitchen.

Sliding doors reveal a balcony that overlooks the garden.

The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Jacky Teplitzky, Barak Dunayer, Joseph Chaplin, Roi Nagar and Nicole Sobol.
