Shelly Group and Sopharma also buoyed the BGBX40, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse. The index climbed 0.10% to 154.58 points, with the biggest gain posted by venture capital firm Eleven Capital [BUL:11C], which leapt 2.25% to 18.20 levs.

A 5.95% drop in venture capital fund Webit Investment Network [BUL:WIN] to 0.79 levs and a tumble of 3.68% to 1.31 levs in biometric identification security systems developer Biodit [BUL:BDT] restricted the BEAMX.
