* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

– Showers and thunderstorms with locally heavy rain are
expected to cross the region late tonight through Wednesday.
Rainfall rates may exceed 1-2 inches per hours, which may
result in flash flooding.
