Fisdom onboards Girish Venkat as Head of Wealth Management to drive growth

Fisdom, India’s leading wealth-tech company, has roped in wealth management industry veteran – Girish Venkat as the head of the wealth management business. Girish brings nearly three decades of experience in wealth management, broking, and banking. He pioneered wealth management in PSU banks in India. Most recently, Girish led SBI Wealth, scaling its AUM to Rs. 30,000 Cr over 6 years. Previously, he headed wealth management at Aditya Birla Capital and also has worked at ICICI Bank.

Fisdom has pioneered a unique wealth management model through partnerships with 15 leading banks in India, including several PSU banks. The wealth-tech company offers a comprehensive product suite, including mutual funds, stock broking, PMS, AIFs, unlisted private equity, bonds, structured products, insurance and tax management.

Aiming to bridge the gap in underserved HNI markets, especially in tier 2 and tier 3 cities, Fisdom leverages a robust tech platform and dedicated support from experienced wealth managers. The company also plans to launch various proprietary products later this year.

In addition to the fast and secure digital product for retail customers, Fisdom has 120+ experienced wealth managers at 25 locations including 12 offices across India to serve the affluent and HNI customers.  It plans to scale the network significantly across multiple cities in the next 12 months.
