SSDI payments are arriving soon to some Americans
The conditions for getting the new June 12th, 2024 SSDI payment are now available for viewing. This means that any United States citizen who meets the requirements will be able to enjoy this check without any problems.
Of course, it is mandatory to meet the two conditions for the Social Security Administration to send us this check. If we do not meet all the conditions, this means that we belong to a different group of retirees.
Be that as it may, what we do have to keep in mind is that we have to meet a third extra requirement in order to have the payment as soon as possible. Still, it is easy to see what the requirements are and how we can do to have the SSDI money available as soon as possible.
June 12th SSDI Requirements
As usually happens in these cases, what is important to be able to know if we have access to this new check is, on the one hand, the year of retirement and, on the other hand, the day of birth. Only these two elements are necessary to determine the time of the month in which we get the check.
In the case of the June 12th SSDI payment, the requirements to get the money are:
- Have a retirement benefit since after May 1997. Any month from May 1997 forward is valid to meet this requirement.
- Have a birthday between the 1st and 10th of any month. It is not mandatory to have a birthday in June, nor is it necessary to have been born at a specific time.
Thus, by fulfilling both requirements we will have access to the payment. However, if we want to get the SSDI check as soon as possible, we will have to meet an extra requirement. This requirement is to have Direct Deposit activated. This collection method is the fastest of all and allows us to access any benefit money as soon as Social Security sends it.
