E! News chief correspondent Keltie Knight takes to crawling on the Golden Globes

  • The LadyGang podcast host, 41, revealed she lost her four-carat diamond
  • She said that it fell out while on the red carpet at the 2024 Golden Globes
  • It seems she still hasn’t found the rock, as she posted a series of updates online

The Golden Globes didn’t exactly rock for E!’s Chief Correspondent Keltie Knight after she lost her four-carat diamond ring on the red carpet and ended up crawling on her hands and knees to find it.

The LadyGang podcast host, 41, was reporting live from the awards show on Sunday when she realized that the huge diamond was missing from her finger.

Knight then took to both Instagram and TikTok to share a short video of her begging her fellow celebrities to be on high alert for the sparkling jewel.

‘Hi everyone, Golden Globe emergency!’ she said in the clip.

‘If you’re a celebrity and you see a four-carat diamond on the red carpet, please return it to Keltie Knight at E!, ’cause it’s gone and it’s real,’ the star continued, as she flashed the band around her finger, that only contained the inset and not the gem.

Diamond expert and owner of Atlanta-based jeweler Universal Diamonds Ronnie Agami told DailyMail.com that he estimates the cost of Knight’s diamond to be around $75,000.

‘It’s crazy that the diamond came out of the bezel, I don’t know that I’ve ever seen that happen before,’ Agami admitted to DailyMail.com.

On her Instagram stories, the New York Times bestselling author also shared some more behind-the-scenes snaps of her looking for the diamond.

At one point, it appeared that she got on her hands and knees on the red carpet to look for the ring, captioning the photo on her Instagram story, ‘Looking for diamond.’

It’s unclear if it it was her engagement ring from her husband of over ten years, Chris Knight, or a different accessory.

While looking for the diamond, she was wearing her dress for the night, which was a high-neck, dusty mauve gown adorned with silver and pink designed by Khaled & Marwan Couture, according to HuffPost.

Later on in the evening, when all was said and done, she gave viewers an update, sharing a photo of herself on stories eating some Jersey Mike’s.

She admitted that she still hadn’t found the ring.

‘Update: finished the red carpet and now in bath with a @jerseymikes + still no diamond,’ she wrote along with a crying-face emoji.

Knight also shared a video of her getting ready for the big event using some products from beauty brand Clarins, pointing out that it was the last video she had with the diamond.

In the video, she applied an eye cream from the brand, which showed the large sparkler on her finger which was complete with a thin gold band.

In a later update posted to her Instagram stories on Monday, she revealed that the ring was a ‘personal piece’ and wasn’t on loan to her for the event.

‘I found a video of me with the Diamond down at the @enews platform so that means it was lost between our platform and photo line which was a pretty short walk,’ she wrote with a string of smiley-face emojis with spiral eyes.

‘It’s somewhere on someone’s shoe or in that carpet,’ she continued. ‘It was my personal piece. Gonna start calling around and will keep you posted but I think it’s really gone.’

However, no matter the value, many users seemed concerned for the E! host, leaving her some well wishes in the comments section.
