Totally bummed that you didn’t get a chance to swoop in and grab that $200 million brutalist-style Paradise Cove mansion before Beyoncé and Jay-Z got their hands on it? Now’s your chance to snap up the next best Malibu thing, and it’s currently up for sale. But though the property was first listed for just under $75 million last spring, you’ll still need almost $48 million to pick up the keys to the contemporary Spanish-Mediterranean estate.
