Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has closed West Avenue from Home Avenue to North Second Street for water main leak repair.
Traffic will be detoured to North Second Street and Drane Street to avoid the work zone. Motorists are asked to slow down, be alert to utility workers and their equipment, or choose an alternate travel route.
The water main leak repair is anticipated to be finished, and the road reopened by approximately 9:00pm.
