Citizens Bank of West Virginia has been ranked No. 7 as one of the country’s Best Banks to Work For by American Banker magazine and Best Companies Group.

ELKINS — Citizens Bank of West Virginia has claimed another top national ranking, with the recent announcement that the bank has ranked No. 7 as one of the country’s Best Banks to Work For by American Banker magazine and Best Companies Group.

The bank moved up 12 spaces in 2023 on the leaderboard, ranking No. 19 in 2022 on the prestigious list.

Each year, participating financial institutions with at least 50 employees are evaluated on their workplace practices and policies. Additionally, employees are surveyed to assess overall workplace attitudes and experiences. Combined scores determine the final best banks ranking.
