2 homes top $2 million mark in sales report

Two homes topped the $2 million mark on the list of most expensive residential sales for the week of May 20.

The No. 1 sale was $2.4 million for a 6,300-square-foot home in the Crown at Arbor Edge development on the east edge of Sioux Falls.

The two-story walkout home was built in 2021 and sits on a 1-acre lot. It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a six-car garage.

The No. 2 sale was $2.2 million for an acreage on the northeast edge of Brandon. The story-and-a-half home sits on 11 acres, and the property includes an outbuilding. The 5,500-square foot home was built in 2021 and has six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
