This house is a few blocks south of Beverly Boulevard, within walking distance of Larchmont Village and a stretch of Western Avenue with some of the city’s most popular Korean restaurants. It is a 10-minute walk from a playground and a pavilion with picnic tables at Robert Burns Park, and less than a mile from a public elementary school.
