10 most expensive homes sold in the Portland metro area, Sept. 18-24


A house in Lake Oswego that sold for $3.6 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Portland metro area in the past week.

In total, 468 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $581,163, $330 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sep. 18 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.6 million, detached house at 15001 S.E. River Forest Drive

The sale of the single-family home at 15001 S.E. River Forest Drive, Portland, has been finalized. The price was $1,600,000, and the new owners took over the house in September. The house was built in 1955 and has a living area of 2,830 square feet. The price per square foot was $565. The deal was finalized on Sep. 12.

9. $1.6 million, single-family residence at 4230 Sunset Drive

The 3,120 square-foot single-family residence at 4230 Sunset Drive, Lake Oswego, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in September and the total purchase price was $1,600,000, $513 per square foot. The house was built in 2016. The deal was finalized on Sep. 14.

8. $1.6 million, single-family home at 12601 S.E. Rivercrest Drive

A sale has been finalized for the single-family home at 12601 S.E. Rivercrest Drive in Vancouver. The price was $1,609,000 and the new owners took over the house in September.
