10 most expensive homes sold in the Portland metro area, Oct. 9-15


A house in Portland that sold for $6.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Portland metro area in the past week.

In total, 424 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $606,884, $321 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 9 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.4 million, single-family residence at 14051 Chelsea Drive

The sale of the single-family home at 14051 Chelsea Drive, Lake Oswego, has been finalized. The price was $1,350,000, and the house changed hands in October. The house was built in 1994 and has a living area of 2,839 square feet. The price per square foot was $476. The deal was finalized on Oct. 4.

9. $1.4 million, detached house at 17900 S. Fieldstone Lane

The 3,928 square-foot detached house at 17900 S. Fieldstone Lane in Oregon City has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $1,375,000, $350 per square foot. The house was built in 1999. The deal was finalized on Oct. 3.

8. $1.5 million, single-family house at 23574 S.W. McLoughlin Court

The property at 23574 S.W. McLoughlin Court in Sherwood has new owners. The price was $1,495,000. The house was built in 2000 and has a living area of 3,435 square feet. The price per square foot is $435. The deal was finalized on Aug. 31.

7. $1.5 million, single-family home at 898 N.E. Brennan Lane

The property at 898 N.E. Brennan Lane in Hillsboro has new owners. The price was $1,499,000. The house was built in 2001 and has a living area of 5,485 square feet. The price per square foot is $273. The deal was finalized on Aug. 31.

The 3,932 square-foot detached house at 3150 S.E. Crystal Springs Blvd., Portland, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $1,500,000, $381 per square foot. The house was built in 1934. The deal was finalized on Oct. 4.

5. $1.8 million, single-family residence at 1816 S. Palatine Hill Road

The sale of the single family residence at 1816 S. Palatine Hill Road in Portland has been finalized. The price was $1,827,000, and the new owners took over the house in October. The house was built in 1981 and has a living area of 4,102 square feet. The price per square foot was $445. The deal was finalized on Oct. 6.

4. $2 million, detached house at 22485 S.W. Schmeltzer Road

A sale has been finalized for the single-family house at 22485 S.W. Schmeltzer Road in Sherwood. The price was $2,010,000 and the new owners took over the house in September. The house was built in 2009 and the living area totals 4,348 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $462. The deal was finalized on Sep. 29.

The property at 3525 N.W. McMaster Drive in Camas has new owners. The price was $2,150,000. The house was built in 2020 and has a living area of 4,538 square feet. The price per square foot is $474. The deal was finalized on Sep. 29.

The 1,881 square-foot single-family house at 11512 S. Barnards Road, Molalla, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $2,201,198, $1,170 per square foot. The house was built in 1930. The deal was finalized on Oct. 4.

The sale of the single family residence at 5959 S.W. Old Scholls Ferry Road in Portland has been finalized. The price was $6,250,000, and the new owners took over the house in August. The house was built in 2004 and has a living area of 14,105 square feet. The price per square foot was $443. The deal was finalized on Aug. 31.
