10 most expensive homes sold in the Portland metro area, Nov. 13-19


A house in Portland that sold for $2.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Portland metro area in the past week.

In total, 307 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $588,403. The average price per square foot was $324.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 13 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.4 million, single-family residence at 18653 Pilkington Road

A sale has been finalized for the detached house at 18653 Pilkington Road in Lake Oswego. The price was $1,410,000 and the new owners took over the house in November. The house was built in 2016 and the living area totals 3,116 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $453. The deal was finalized on Nov. 9.

9. $1.4 million, detached house at 1885 Crest Drive

The property at 1885 Crest Drive in Lake Oswego has new owners. The price was $1,429,900. The house was built in 1962 and has a living area of 2,354 square feet. The price per square foot is $607. The deal was finalized on Nov. 6.

8. $1.5 million, single-family house at 13052 Knaus Road

The sale of the single family residence at 13052 Knaus Road in Lake Oswego has been finalized. The price was $1,500,000, and the new owners took over the house in November.
