10 most expensive homes sold in the Portland metro area, May 13-19


A house in Lake Oswego that sold for $3.6 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Portland metro area in the past week.

In total, 686 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $616,847. The average price per square foot was $322.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of May 13 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.5 million, single-family residence at 16827 Scott Court

The 3,952 square-foot detached house at 16827 Scott Court, Lake Oswego, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in May and the total purchase price was $1,540,000, $390 per square foot. The house was built in 1993. The deal was finalized on May 6.

9. $1.7 million, single-family house at 17257 Bryant Road

A sale has been finalized for the single-family house at 17257 Bryant Road in Lake Oswego. The price was $1,680,000 and the new owners took over the house in May.
